Boone Electric Community Room

The Boone Electric Cooperative Community Room is available by reservation to non-profit community organizations. There is no charge for use of the room. The Community Room is located on the north side of Boone Electric Cooperative's headquarters at 1413 Rangeline Street, Columbia, Mo.

Because of the room's popularity, organizations interested in using Boone Electric's Community Room should have a minimum of 10 people in attendance at their meeting.

Scheduling for the community room is done on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete list of guidelines and bylaws for the use of the room will be provided once your application is received. Each organization must fill out an application, which is available by calling 573-449-4181 or by downloading the PDF below.

Community Room Application

• No monetary dues or fees may be collected. No products, goods or services may be sold or displayed.
• The room cannot be used for family reunions, parties, showers, political,                 religious or spiritual gatherings, or fundraising events.
• No meals are allowed in the room(s). Drinks and snacks are allowed, however, all trash must be properly disposed of in receptacles. Groups using the room(s) on Friday night, Saturday or Sunday should remove their trash from the premises.

NOTE: Boone Electric reserves the right to cancel or alter your meeting schedule due to an emergency or any conflicts in scheduling. If this should occur, we will make every effort to contact you in plenty of time and offer alternative sites for you to contact.
